Kids
This is a great initiation to the skills, discipline, and values of Taekwondo. Whether children enjoy the classes for 3 months or 3 years, we always aim for each child to have a safe, fun, and positve experience during their time with us.
Some of the ICT children have become black belts, high level competitors, and are even returning as parents with their own children.
Parents are more than welcome to participate in the children's classes. The "one rule" is that they are not allowed to teach or coach their own child during and outside of class.
Teens & Adults
This class is for those who are keen on developing themselves through Taekwondo. The benefits that training brings through a disciplined approach influence our physical, mental, and emotional health.
Classes are fun and challenging. Everybody works at their own pace, which is generally the best they can do.
